Crimping a Cover Crop

Evolve Crimper 4500 going through and flattening a cover crop. Demonstrating the crimping effect on sunflower and forage sorghum.

Why?

This field is about to be grazed off, before being planted again with a winter cover crop. Crimping will give the stock more access to the shorter underlying plants and will also help the trampling process to create a more beneficial "green compost" or biomass cover over the Paddock.
